WHO QUALIFIES?
Any organization with a Tax I.D. number & recognized by the government as a non-profit 501c (3) company (or authorized subgroup) can take part in our Fundraiser Program, such as:
Senior Communities, Girl/Boy Scouts
Teams in Training, Public Schools,
Sport Teams, Booster Clubs
Parent/Teacher Organizations

HOW DO I START THE FUNDRAISING PROCESS AT HRL?
Simply fill out the application below and E-mail to Merchandise@HorchateriaRL.com (as an attachment) or drop it off at Horchateria Rio Luna’s location.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
The event coordinator will contact you upon review and approval of your request, at which time the date and other details will be confirmed.

DOES HRL PROMOTE THESE FUNDRAISERS?
No, you promote your own event, in any way you see that can be beneficial. We suggest you create and distribute flyers and or/emails inviting your guest to the event and have your guests present flyers/invitations to Horchateria Rio Luna staff on the day of the event.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE PROCEEDS FOR THE ORGANIZATION?
Upon payment, guest check is stapled to each flyer/invite in order to calculate proceeds. The event coordinator will then total generated at the event and calculate the amount your fundraiser raised. You may contact the event coordinator for this information, but please allow 4 days for this information to be processed.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY FUNDRAISER?
You may cancel your fundraiser no later than 48 hours prior to your event. If re-scheduling needs to be made please contact event coordinator as soon as possible at Merchandise@HorchateriaRL.com.
